What this service is

Dativo provides a technical platform that lets licensed insurance agents send consent documents for electronic signature. We are not an insurance carrier, an insurance agency, the Health Insurance Marketplace, or a government entity. We do not sell insurance and we do not give advice about plans.

Validity of the electronic signature

Signatures collected here are valid electronic signatures under the federal ESIGN Act and under UETA. By signing, you confirm that:

You expressly agree to sign by electronic means.
You read the document displayed to you on screen.
You are the person named in the document, or their authorized representative.

An exact copy of the text you saw is retained, sealed with a SHA-256 digital fingerprint, together with the date, time, IP address and browser. You may request a copy of that certificate at any time.

Acceptable use

The link you receive is personal and non-transferable. Do not attempt to access documents that do not belong to you, and do not share your link with third parties.

Limitation of liability

The insurance relationship is between you and your licensed agent or agency. Dativo is responsible for the operation of the platform and the faithful retention of records, not for the advice, the enrollment, or the content of the plans offered to you.
