What information we receive
We receive only the data your licensed insurance agent records in order to send you the document and keep proof of your signature:
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- The document shown to you, and the date and time you signed it.
- The IP address and browser you signed from, as evidence of the signature.
We do not request or store your Social Security number, bank details or credit card information on this platform.
How we use it
Only to deliver the document, let you sign it, and retain the record of that signature. We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.
Your mobile messaging data
We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used solely to deliver the documents and notices related to your case.
Who we share it with
- Your licensed insurance agent and agency, who are the people assisting you.
- Technical providers strictly required to deliver the message or email (telephone carriers and email services), who process only what is indispensable.
- Where required by law, to a competent authority.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, under any circumstances.
How long we keep it
Signed consents are retained for as long as the regulations applicable to the insurance process require, because they constitute a legal record. Links that are never signed expire after 72 hours.
Your rights
- Revoke your consent at any time by notifying your agent in writing or by phone.
- Stop receiving messages by replying STOP to any text message.
- Request a copy of what you signed, or ask for a correction of incorrect data.
For any of these requests: (786) 756-0830 · health@signyourconsent.com.
Security
The connection is encrypted. Every signed document is sealed with a digital fingerprint (SHA-256) that allows anyone to verify its text was not altered after signing. Internal access is restricted and logged.
